This is currently operated on Monday 4:00 – 7:00pm and Wednesday & Sunday 7:00pm – 10:00pm. These times and days will be extended in the future, when new premises are secured and restrictions lifted.  The Helpline is staffed by trained volunteers who are there to give up-to-date information, where or who to contact for further services/ advice, or if a client has issues of concern that he or she wishes to talk over – all on a confidential basis. 

It is also operated on an ad hoc basis from 10:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday, when subject to availability it is answered by our office staff.
