Hospital Visits/Accompanying

This service is provided to any service user who is admitted to hospital and would like a volunteer to visit them. We can supply a designated volunteer during the day, evening and weekends to visit whenever possible or if the service user has an appointment and it would involve long waits before or after treatment

Pet Care Services while in hospital or respite care

 If a service user is admitted to hospital or in respite care (holidays excluded) we can arrange for a volunteer to look after their pet(s) in their own home (feeding, walking etc.). This removes stress from the service user and in some cases the pet too (domestic pets only).
