We have referral systems set up between all statutory and voluntary agencies within our service area as well as outside agencies. This is mostly provided via referral forms but can also be arranged by phone or fax in urgent/crisis situations; this has been negotiated with the relevant agencies to whom we have provided details of our assessment procedure.
